String offers the ability to add multiple users to your account so multiple people can log in to the mobile application and engage in conversations.
How to add a user
To add additional users
- Log in to your String account
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner of your String account to access your menu
- Select Manage Users
- Click the + icon to add a user. You can enter their name, telephone number and email address
- They will receive an email prompting them to create a password so they can log in to String.
How to transfer ownership to a different user
If you need to transfer ownership to a different user, please contact customer support and let us know which user and email address should be the new owner of the account. We can make the switch for you.
How to delete a user
You can delete a user by navigating to the Manage Users section as listed above. From there, click next to the trashcan icon to delete a user.
Please note that you cannot delete the owner/user of the account without first transferring ownership to another user.

- Do you have different access levels for users? Currently all users on your account have access to everything. We plan to add multiple levels in the future. If this is important to you, please leave a comment below.
