Not receiving replies to keyword responders?
Keyword responses must be exactly the same word and punctuation as the keyword. Keywords can be up to 30 characters.
Keyword Responses only work when the message contains exactly and only that specific keyword. For example, if the keyword is "hours" a message that says "what are your hours?" won't work. Any additional punctuation or characters not included in the established keyword also will not work.
Keywords are not case sensitive however.
