How to use as String as a concierge tool

First, create a keyword, like “CONCIERGE”
- Build auto-reply templates like:
- “Thank you for messaging our SMS Concierge service. What kind of information can we help you with today? Please reply with the corresponding keyword below for the information you are looking for.”
- 1. Tours & Trips - text "TOURS"
- 2. Local transportation options - text "TRANSPORT"
- 3. Coming Events - text "EVENTS"
Then, build your auto-responders for each keyword.
I.e.:
- “The Wild West Ghost Town tour leaves at 11 am daily. Includes transportation, lunch and a guided tour. Returns at 3pm. Cost: $50. Text 'GHOSTTOWN' to reserve your spot."
Next, set up your auto-responders:
- “Please reply with your first and last name, number of guests, and best phone number to reach you. In the event of limited availability, we will notify you as soon as possible. No-shows will be charged the full rate of the tour to your room account.”
- “Thanks for booking your Wild West Ghost Town tour! We look forward to seeing you in the lobby tomorrow at 10:45 am. Please bring an extra-layer or sunscreen for sun protection.”
- “The Lake & Lunch Trip leaves at 10 am daily. Includes transportation to the dock, lunch on a shaded power boat and a friendly, safety-certified local guide/crew. Returns at 2pm. Cost:$60. Text 'LAKE' to reserve your spot.”
Set up your confirmation auto-responders:
- “Please reply with your first and last name, number of guests, and best phone number to reach you. In the event of limited availability, we will notify you as soon as possible. No-shows will be charged the full rate of the tour to your room account.”
- “Thanks for booking your Lake & Lunch Trip! We look forward to seeing you in the lobby tomorrow at 9:45am. Please bring an extra-layer or sunscreen for sun protection.”
