Steps to cancel your account
If you still wish to cancel, here's the process:
- Login to your String account
- Click on the inbox you wish to cancel in the left side menu
- Click Settings
- Click the Manage button
- Click Contact Support
- You should see an option to "Cancel subscription"
- Your account will be canceled at the end of your billing date.
