Steps to cancel your account

If you still wish to cancel, here's the process:

• Login to your String account
• Click on the inbox you wish to cancel in the left side menu
• Click Settings 
• Click the Manage button
• Click Contact Support
• You should see an option to "Cancel subscription"
• Your account will be canceled at the end of your billing date.
