The best way to update your card and pay your bill is as follows:
Change Card / Pay Bill
- Login to your String account
- Click on your user name in the bottom right corner of the left sidebar menu
- Click Manage Subscriptions in the Billing section on the left side of your screen
- Click Manage
- You will be redirected to Stripe to update your payment information. If you would like to use a different credit card, click Add payment method. You should also see options to update or cancel your subscription.
- Your credit card will then be automatically charged when your next invoice is due.

Don't see an these options?
If you signed up for String service through your NumberBarn or NumberGarage account, you are not currently being billed by String. You can proceed to your NumberBarn or NumberGarage account to update your payment method, pay your bill or update your plan.
