The best way to update your card and pay your bill is as follows:
Change Card / Pay Bill
- Login to your String account
- Click on your user name in the bottom right corner of the left sidebar menu
- Click Manage Subscriptions in the Billing section on the left side of your screen
- Click Manage
- You will be redirected to Stripe to update your payment information. If you would like to use a different credit card, click Add payment method.
- Your credit card will then be automatically charged when your next invoice is due.
Please note: If you make additional purchases via the mobile app, you can view your purchase history and change your credit card information in the App Store or iTunes Store or Google Play.
