Once you've upgraded to the Elite plan and enabled mass messaging, purchasing additional mass message credits is simple.
If you haven't enabled mass messaging and have an Elite plan, contact support@joinstring.com to apply. (New FTC regulations have changed the way customers can send out mass messages.)
- Login to your String account
- Click on the phone number that you want to use in the left sidebar menu
- Click on Mass Messages
- On the upper far right corner, click on Buy Credits
- Select the amount of credits you would like to add
- Add your payment information and checkout
- Your used and available credits will show next to your messages in Mass Messaging

Note: For the best delivery success it's recommended to keep the message at or under 160 characters and without any links as carriers may start to consider it spam.
If I have multiple numbers, do I need to purchase mass messaging credits for each number?
No, Mass Messaging credits are shared across your entire account. So when you purchase credits, all enabled numbers can use your pool of mass messaging credits.
